Having fundraised over $500M in his career, he specializes in matching investors to high-growth assets. He prides himself on solving challenges for sellers, improving living conditions for tenants, and delivering robust returns to investors. Morgan earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and lives in Southern California with his wife and two young daughters.
